It's not complicated. You're an addict,....that's why. It's a disease & you have it and will never get better(but will get much worse), if you don't seek help from others. It will not work on your own. Think of your daughter. I know you don't want this to get worse & impact her negatively. If you would surrender to the truth of this,....you can get better & lead a healthy life. But denial is harmful.
